Residential & Non-residential Courses:

Courses italicised are fully residential – the fee includes tuition, accommodation and all meals. For all other courses, we can recommend suitable accommodation and help with arrangements, if required.

Scholarship:

Fee reduction is available according to need. Please contact us to discuss. Payment plans possible by special arrangement.

Travel & Transport:

A comprehensive guide on how to get to the venues will be provided on enquiry – with information on road routes, nearest train stations, and airports. Where possible, you will be met at the nearest airport or train station and brought to the venue.

Sequence of Training:

Core training is a prerequisite for all other workshops. However, if you have been a member of an active playback company for six months or more, you are welcome to go straight onto Selected Topic courses. Participation in at least two Selected Topic workshops, or equivalent, is required before you take Playback Theatre Practice. The School of Playback Theatre is committed to an enrolment policy that strives to give every interested student access to its resources, without regard to race, gender, age, sexual orientation, economic status, nationality or religion.

Deadlines:

Class size is limited! Registration for all workshops should be received 30 days before the start of the workshop. Later registrations will be accepted if spaces are available.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 6 weeks before your workshop, the full deposit (less £20 administrative fee) will be held towards future workshops; if less than six weeks, 50% of the deposit is held towards future workshops. If less than 5 days, full deposit is forfeited.
